
I have been going to Greenleaf yoga consistently at least once a week for the past 2 months and can honestly say that even at that pace, I have felt and can see a difference in many aspects of my life. The first thing I noticed was an awareness of my breathing and how much more control I had over it. It has really increased my endurance when I go the gym and just overall. I used to feel slugish in the morning and even throughout the day, but now I feel more awake since I have started. It probably sounds cliche to say "I feel more alive", but truly
I am more motivated now more than ever. It is not only physically challenging but mentally as well. Aside from getting stronger I am more flexible than I have ever been. So to those who are looking to improve yourself, whether it be mentally, physically or just looking to add something to your regular workout and have never tried yoga, its worth giving it a try. The rewards are worth it.....
